Welcome to our Returns page. We understand that sometimes items may not work out as planned, so we have created a hassle-free return policy to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

Our policy allows for returns within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after purchase.

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at info@906thelabel.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with your return. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that we will give a store credit not a refund and unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item (which more likely wont happen as we always doing a quality control before send the order), please contact us immediately at info@906thelabel.com so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
